JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager who will be in charge of all client relationship, aggregator relationship’s, Database, Email and should display keen interest in advertising for Food & beverage business.
Measuring and Preparing report of performance of media handles, aggregator performance and measuring the ROI and KPI.
Collaborate with vendor partners, aggregator agencies (zomato, swiggy, dunzo,etc.) and others.
Determining the Clients Requirement, work on raw material inventory supplies, and digital presence.
Assist Client with queries pertaining to billings, registration, complaints and general inquiries.
Timely Follow ups with aggregator platforms and POS management softwares.
Candidates will interact with internal and external teams and deliver the best for clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Creative and Enthusiastic Personality with great interpersonal skills and should be able to make present ideas with conviction.
Knack of soft skills and telephone etiquettes and should be able to work in a fast paced work environment.
Knowledge of Ms Tools
Problem Solving Abilities with strong bias for impact.

Aggregator Relationship manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
In the hunt for an Aggregator Relationship Manager who will be incharge of communications with aggregators platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin etc. As the key member of the team you will lead building companies’ relation with them.
You will be working with the core team and cultivate relationships with aggregator platforms.
You will act as an expert of the relevant field and will be the go to person for doubts regarding the same.
The incumbent is expected to receive mentorship and will get a smooth onboarding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You will be in contact with aggregator platforms and POS systems on a daily basis to implement the work.
Develop a thorough knowledge of how these platforms work.
Foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication and high quality results.
Participate in best suitable offers, deals, combo’s on active listings for increasing orders.
Increasing reviews & ratings for each of the brand listed online.
Support the Client Relationship Manager with technicalities and help the Franchise grow with necessary aggregator platform help.

Looking for Graphic Designers to create engaging designs and graphics for brands. Study the client’s business and make visuals for the same. Should be able to create and manage digital and print designs which meet the client objective.
You need to manage all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts and generating creative ideas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Should be flexible to switch between projects and should be able to meet deadlines.
Someone with a great eye for detail and ability to work well in a team.
Software knowledge of – Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw. Knowledge for Adobe Animate and after effects and other tools will be add-on.
Conceptualize and execute creative work. Specific design assignments from Packaging, Branding, Advertising and social media graphical content.
Come up with unique ideas to automate various tasks with ease of design and innovation.
Should be able to explain mock-up designs and thought processes behind each design to client and company.
Proven design aesthetics with sharp attention to details.
